Please join the Idaho State-Civic Symphony for a FREE CONCERT of contemporary chamber music as part of the First Friday Art Walk on May 5th, at the Purpose Center in Pocatello’s Historic Downtown, 224 N. Main Street. The program, Together, features an all-star cast of ISU music faculty members, many of whom are also principal players in the orchestra. It is an opportunity to hear new sounds in a more casual setting. We’ll present some of the New York composers we’ve met this year, Missy Mazzoli and Edward Smaldone, alongside New Yorker, Judd Greenstein, and our very own Thom Hasenpflug. There will be two concerts, 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm, so please come to one or both and enjoy socializing with fellow music-lovers!
