Jaden Klein

Jaden Klein is a second-year student at Idaho State University pursuing a Bachelor of Music with a minor in Sign Language Studies. She has studied the piano for fourteen years under Kristy Lish, her mother Camille Klein, Virginia Willard, and currently Dr. Kori Bond. She has competed extensively throughout her high school and college years and has received numerous awards, most notably as a finalist in the Idaho Falls Symphony Young Artist Competition in 2020 and third place in the Musicians West Young Artist Competition in 2022. She has also participated in the Eastern Idaho Music Teachers Association competitions, the Eastern Idaho Bach Competition, the Dahle Piano Competition, and the Musicians West Pre-college Competition.

Jaden is the daughter of Mark and Camille Klein, who both hold music degrees from ISU, and is the fourth of their eight children. She grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho and graduated from homeschool high school in 2021. In addition to performing, she enjoys studying music theory and history, and also teaches her own students. Her secondary instruments are flute and voice. Outside of music, she enjoys reading novels, writing fiction, acting in plays, watching tv, and drawing.
